As future Founder and C.E.O of my own Entertainment Company, I know that a dynamic group/team of people is of key importance in building a company. Considering that everyone has strengths and weaknesses, one person can benefit the other during a day that various tasks need to be completed. It is important to have a skilled team because company would be a more organized, developed, and workers would be able to help one another more efficiently.

It is important to have a skilled team because company would be a more organized, developed, and workers would be able to help one another more efficiently.
It is very important that for every spectrum of the business, there is more than one person skilled to complete several different tasks ranging from manager’s duties to business manager’s duties.
The team of people associated within my Entertainment Company consists of a C.E.O(Chief Executive Officer), C.F.O(Chief Financial Officer), Personal Manager, Talent Agent, and Entertainment Attorney and a Publicist.The C.F.O or Business Manager Accountant as opposed to personal mangers focus solely on artist’s finances. Job duties consist of doing taxes and/or bookkeeping, helping artists collect income, budget assistance, investment analysis, and track/audit royalty accounts.
The Personal Manager is often the focal point towards the furtherance of his or her career. My Personal Manager will assists my artist clients that enter in an agreement with a personal manager. Specific duties/tasks of a Personal Manager may consist of but no limited too selecting wardrobe for the artists’ live performance show’s and working on publicity materials, an advice on new creative issues jus to name a few.A Talent Agent is the next group member in line to build a successful team in the Entertainment Business world. A Talent Agent has one task only and that is getting the artist employment. This is very crucial function since, after all, without employment, the artist has no income and cannot afford to pay rent and compensate the rest of the team.
In order to negotiate and get legal advice, there has to be an Entertainment Attorney within the company. The Entertainment Attorney will be business advisors, professional matchmakers, and bring parties together for new projects. Others will assist in administering copyrights and collecting and receiving funds on behalf of my client. It is important to have Entertainment Attorney because there is a chance that a deal within the company may go sour, and he/she coordinates the litigation process to resolve the claim. A Publicist is responsible for getting press coverage for a client/artists. The publicist is the middleman between the high-profile personality and members of the media. Publicists job duties include variety of tasks from performing damage control, attempting to counteract any undesirable press coverage the client to organizing publicity events for such as the release of a new " Hit single or Album." Publicists must maintain a good relationship with the media, no matter how demanding the desires of the client and the reporters thhey depend on.
Effective communication in the workplace is important and necessary in order to build a friendly and conductive working environment. If communication is not effective within my company, the productivity of my workers will decrease and everyone will become stressed out. If communication is effective, my organization will function smoothly and the work environment will be more pleasant for all. In order to communicate effectively with the team members in my company we will have scheduled meetings where everyone is socially engaged and inclined with each other. Everyone will have a chance to present new innovative ideas or give advice to one another so that we can build the business professionally, and communicate with one another in an orderly fashion. Team building exercises will be conducted on a mandatory basis to keep a team spirit within my company.
